Report of Committee on Finances
It was moved that the tuition in the Medical School be sixty dollars per year, and that the Conference take up the matter of remitting tuition to those paying second tithe to this Conference with maintenance fee of fifteen dollars. Carried. LLM 349.12
It was recommended that a two-story building 40x80 costing not more than ten thousand dollars, be erected with equipment for same to cost five thousand dollars, and that the work be carried forward as funds come in. LLM 349.13
That a Bible teacher be appointed for each school to be paid from the first tithe. LLM 349.14
That all other teachers be compensated from the second tithe and in case the teacher be employed partially in other lines the salary be adjusted between the school and the other employer. LLM 350.1
That this tuition be handled the same as second tithe, two-thirds to the Conference and one-third to the school. LLM 350.2
That the expenses of the students be arranged under the following heads: LLM 350.3
1st. Board and personal expense. LLM 350.4
2nd. Tuition. LLM 350.5
3rd. Special fees. LLM 350.6
That the tuition only be remitted to all students who represent a second tithe paid regularly in this conference. This was afterwards modified. LLM 350.7

That the curriculum of Loma Linda cover a three-year Medical Course in harmony with the testimonies given. LLM 350.8
That the school at Fernando organize no classes above the twelfth grade, and that the Loma Linda Medical School organize only special classes covering subjects in separate courses. LLM 350.9
