It was moved by Elder Burden, and seconded by Elder Owen, that the Loma Linda Board be recommended to secure a legal charter for an evangelistic medical college to provide for a three years' course of study according to the best light of the testimonies. Carried. LLM 349.7

It was moved by Elder Burden, and seconded by Elder Reaser, that the erection of a building and the equipment of the medical College be placed on a cash basis to be raised by donations, legacies, and the sale of Ministry and Object Lessons. LLM 349.8
