One of the most well-documented benefits of exercise is its impact on physical health. Engaging in regular physical activity strengthens our cardiovascular system, improving heart health by lowering blood pressure, reducing the risk of heart disease, and improving circulation. This translates to a healthier, more efficient delivery of oxygen and essential nutrients throughout the body, fueling our cells and organs for optimal function.[84] CWe 72.2

Before embarking on a new exercise journey or amping up your current routine, confer with your doctor to ensure it aligns with your health and safety. This is especially crucial if you have pre-existing health conditions or take medications that might impact your ability to exercise. CWe 72.3
