Picture: Counsel #1 — The Power Of Movement CWe 71.1

There is much more to physical activity in our lives than weight or muscle control and appearance. Exercise has a wide range of positive effects on our lives, enhancing our general health and well-being and bringing about positive changes in our bodies and minds as well as our mental and emotional states. So put on your shoes, go outside, and embrace how movement can transform your life. Your mind and body will appreciate it![83] CWe 71.2

“For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that to come.” 1 Timothy 4:8 NKJV CWe 71.3

“The whole body is designed for action, and unless the physical powers are kept in health by active exercise, the mental powers cannot long be used to their highest capacity.” Ellen White in Education, p. 207 CWe 71.4

Reflect: What are some challenges you face in staying active? How can you overcome these challenges and maintain consistent exercise in your life? CWe 71.5
