Spiritually healthy worship is about connecting with God in a way that is genuine, meaningful, and transformative. It’s not confined to just a weekly church service or specific ritual - it’s a daily attitude of gratitude, reverence, and surrender to God’s will. Healthy worship starts with the heart, focusing on who God is rather than what you want from Him. CWe 33.2
Simply put, this kind of worship is all about authenticity. It’s about bringing your true self before God - your joys, struggles, flaws, and questions - while honoring Him with your time, words, and actions.[37] Spiritually healthy worship also involves balance, ensuring it isn’t driven by feelings alone, but grounded in truth and Scripture. By worshiping God consistently, you can grow closer to Him and develop a deeper understanding of His character. This worship brings peace, strengthens faith, and renews your perspective, helping you navigate life’s challenges with hope and courage. Ultimately, spiritually healthy worship will transform your life, further aligning your desires with God’s purpose and will.[38] CWe 33.3
