Глава 44. Церковная организация

Кто-то должен выполнять поручение Христа, продолжая работу, начатую Им на земле, и это преимущество дано Церкви. Для данной цели она и была создана.⁴³⁷ СдЦ 244.1

Служителям следует любить порядок, дисциплинировать себя — и тогда они с успехом смогут дисциплинировать Церковь Божью и учить ее членов согласованно трудиться, подобно хорошо обученному отряду воинов. Если дисциплина и порядок необходимы для успешных действий на поле брани, то в еще большей степени они нужны в нашей борьбе, ибо цель ее величественней и возвышенней, чем в земных битвах. В нашей борьбе на карту поставлены вечные интересы. СдЦ 244.2

Ангелы действуют согласованно. Все их движения характеризуются совершенным порядком. Чем точнее мы подражаем гармонии и порядку воинства ангелов, тем успешнее будут усилия этих небесных посредников в наших интересах. Но если мы не осознаем необходимости в согласованности действий, если мы проявляем беспорядок, недисциплинированность и неорганизованность в своем поведении, ангелы, отличающиеся строгой организацией и совершенным порядком, не смогут успешно трудиться для нас. Они с огорчением повернут назад, ибо не уполномочены благословлять неразбериху, разброд и неорганизованность. Тот, кто желает сотрудничать с небесными посланцами, должен трудиться в унисон с ними. Если человек помазан свыше, он всеми своими силами будет поощрять порядок, дисциплину и единство действий — и тогда ангелы Божьи смогут сотрудничать с ним. Но никогда, никогда эти небесные вестники не поддержат распущенность, неорганизованность и беспорядок. Все это зло является результатом усилий сатаны ослабить нашу крепость, лишить нас бодрости и воспрепятствовать нашей успешной деятельности. СдЦ 244.3

Сатане хорошо известно, что успех сопутствует только порядку и согласованным действиям. Он хорошо знает, что все, связанное с Небесами, находится в совершенном порядке, а действия ангельского воинства отмечены подчинением и строгой дисциплиной. Усилия сатаны направлены на то, чтобы увести так называемых христиан настолько далеко от небес, насколько это в его силах, а посему он обманывает даже народ Божий, заставляя людей верить в то, что порядок и дисциплина несовместимы с духовностью, что единственно безопасный путь для них — идти каждому своей дорогой и обособляться от единого тела Христова, которое трудится, устанавливая порядок и согласованность действий. Все усилия по наведению порядка такие “христиане” рассматривают как опасность, как ограничение своих якобы законных прав, а потому боятся порядка, называя его проявлениями папства. Эти обманутые души считают достойной похвалы свою свободу мыслить и действовать независимо. Они не принимают ничего, сказанного людьми. Они не чувствуют ответственности ни перед кем. Мне было показано, что особая работа сатаны — возбуждать в людях мысли, что будто бы Божий порядок подавляет их личность, и заставлять их выбирать собственный курс поведения, независимый от собратьев.⁴³⁸ СдЦ 244.4

Бог сделал Свою Церковь на земле источником света, чтобы через нее сообщить о Своих намерениях и планах. Ни одному Своему служителю не открывает Он Свою волю всей Церкви и никого не ведет независимым от нее путем. В Своем провидении Он тесно связывает Своих рабов с Церковью, чтобы они меньше доверяли себе и больше — другим людям, под Его руководством продвигающим Его дело.⁴³⁹ СдЦ 245.1

Chapter 44—Church Organization

Someone must fulfill the commission of Christ; someone must carry on the work which He began to do on earth; and the church has been given this privilege. For this purpose it has been organized.⁴³⁷ CCh 244.1

Ministers should love order and should discipline themselves, and then they can successfully discipline the church of God and teach them to work harmoniously like a well-drilled company of soldiers. If discipline and order are necessary for successful action on the battlefield, the same are as much more needful in the warfare in which we are engaged as the object to be gained is of greater value and more elevated in character than those for which opposing forces contend upon the field of battle. In the conflict in which we are engaged, eternal interests are at stake. CCh 244.2

Angels work harmoniously. Perfect order characterizes all their movements. The more closely we imitate the harmony and order of the angelic host, the more successful will be the efforts of these heavenly agents in our behalf. If we see no necessity for harmonious action, and are disorderly, undisciplined, and disorganized in our course of action, angels, who are thoroughly organized and move in perfect order, cannot work for us successfully. They turn away in grief, for they are not authorized to bless confusion, distraction, and disorganization. All who desire the co-operation of the heavenly messengers must work in unison with them. Those who have the unction from on high will in all their efforts encourage order, discipline, and union of action, and then the angels of God can co-operate with them. But never, never will these heavenly messengers place their endorsement upon irregularity, disorganization, and disorder. All these evils are the result of Satan's efforts to weaken our forces, to destroy courage, and prevent successful action. CCh 244.3

Satan well knows that success can only attend order and harmonious action. He well knows that everything connected with heaven is in perfect order, that subjection and thorough discipline mark the movements of the angelic host. It is his studied effort to lead professed Christians just as far from heaven's arrangement as he can; therefore he deceives even the professed people of God and makes them believe that order and discipline are enemies to spirituality, that the only safety for them is to let each pursue his own course, and to remain especially distinct from bodies of Christians who are united and are laboring to establish discipline and harmony of action. All the efforts made to establish order are considered dangerous, a restriction of rightful liberty, and hence are feared as popery. These deceived souls consider it a virtue to boast of their freedom to think and act independently. They will not take any man's say-so. They are amenable to no man. I was shown that it is Satan's special work to lead men to feel that it is in God's order for them to strike out for themselves and choose their own course, independent of their brethren.⁴³⁸ CCh 244.4

God has made His church on the earth a channel of light, and through it He communicates His purposes and His will. He does not give to one of His servants an experience independent of and contrary to the experience of the church itself. Neither does He give one man a knowledge of His will for the entire church while the church—Christ's body—is left in darkness. In His providence He places His servants in close connection with His church in order that they may have less confidence in themselves and greater confidence in others whom He is leading out to advance His work.⁴³⁹ CCh 245.1
