Exhibit 59—Sabbath, August 10, 1895, Marian Davis to Ellen White

Just as long as I can see work to do on the manuscript it is hard for me to leave it. So long as I can work, the greatest rest for me is to see the work advancing. I am not by any means wasting the time, but am doing work that must be done and that there may not be time for by and by.... Of course nothing will go that you do not approve. God will help. I feel that He does help. ERWDA 30.2

Yet I don’t feel that I could take a vacation until the book is completed. That is, so long as there is work to do on it. ERWDA 30.3
