46 And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost. 365DGSP 347.2

47 Now when the centurion saw what was done, he glorified God, saying, Certainly this was a righteous man. 365DGSP 347.3

48 And all the people that came together to that sight, beholding the things which were done, smote their breasts, and returned. 365DGSP 347.4

30 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost. 365DGSP 347.7

31 The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away. 365DGSP 347.8
