50 Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost. 365DGSP 346.2

51 And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent; 365DGSP 346.3

52 And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose, 365DGSP 346.4

53 And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many. 365DGSP 346.5

54 Now when the centurion, and they that were with him, watching Jesus, saw the earthquake, and those things that were done, they feared greatly, saying, Truly this was the Son of God. 365DGSP 346.6

55 And many women were there beholding afar off, which followed Jesus from Galilee, ministering unto him: 365DGSP 346.7

43 Joseph of Arimathaea, an honourable counsellor, which also waited for the kingdom of God, came, and went in boldly unto Pilate, and craved the body of Jesus. 365DGSP 346.16

44 And Pilate marvelled if he were already dead: and calling unto him the centurion, he asked him whether he had been any while dead. 365DGSP 346.17

45 And when he knew it of the centurion, he gave the body to Joseph. 365DGSP 346.18

46 And he bought fine linen, and took him down, and wrapped him in the linen, and laid him in a sepulchre which was hewn out of a rock, and rolled a stone unto the door of the sepulchre. 365DGSP 346.19

47 And Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of Joses beheld where he was laid. 365DGSP 346.20
