Yes! Heaven is the actual dwelling place of God, but after the end of The Great Controversy, the new earth will be the eternal home of the redeemed. It will be inhabited by real people who can think, speak, sing, taste, smell, and fully experience every facet of its wonder. JTLD 387.2
