Be mindful of the content in the TV and movies you choose to watch. Is the message ugly and debasing or is it uplifting and beautiful? Pay attention to themes and values that are being conveyed. If you are unsure whether a particular piece of entertainment is appropriate, avoid it! CLi 85.2

Try to imagine what Jesus’ response would be to the entertainment you are considering. The more we learn of Jesus by reading His Word, talking with Him in prayer, and considering His life in books like The Desire of Ages, the more we can make an informed decision about what Jesus would choose to watch.^[77] CLi 85.3
