How can you cultivate a Godly appetite? Just as you wouldn't choose to feed your body only sweets, you can't nourish your soul on worthless entertainment or short-lived desires. Healthy habits must be developed that will strengthen your spiritual well-being. Prayer, scripture study, sharing Jesus, and fellowship with other believers are the "healthy foods" that fuel your spiritual growth.[56] CWe 51.2

Reflect: What is "consuming" most of your time and energy? Are there any activities or habits that might be hindering your spiritual growth, like "worthless entertainment" or "short-lived desires"? CWe 51.5
