You know that gnawing feeling you get when you've done something you know you shouldn't have? Once you’ve confessed that wrong to God—and anyone else you may have hurt—and you truly believe you’re forgiven, it becomes much easier to drift off and enjoy a restful night’s sleep. CSL 93.2

But feeling at peace with God isn't the only way to encourage better sleep. For starters, try heading to bed before it gets super late and aim for seven to nine hours of rest. Our brains are easily fooled by bright screens, which can make us feel like it's still daytime—so put away your phone and tablet at least an hour before bed. CSL 93.3

Consider establishing a relaxing bedtime routine: take a gentle walk outside, spend a few quiet moments in reflection or prayer, listen to soothing music, or try using calming essential oils like lavender or chamomile. Even just spending some time cuddling with your pet or chatting quietly with someone you trust can help you feel more relaxed and ready for a peaceful night's sleep.15 CSL 93.4
