One of the best places to find support is in the promises of God. The Bible is overflowing with assurances of God’s interest, guidance, love, and support for those who seek Him with all their hearts. Commit your favorite promises to memory—then you will have the support of God’s Word with you always!^[85] CSL 86.2

“Every promise that is in God’s book holds out to us the encouragement that we may be partakers of the divine nature. This is the possibility—to rely upon God, to believe His Word, to work His works, and this we can do when we lay hold of the divinity of Christ. This possibility is worth more to us than all the riches of this world. There is nothing on earth that can compare with it.
