Emotions can make us snap, cry on a dime, hold grudges, or be a one-dimensional workaholic. On the other hand, what might healthy emotional well-being look like? You would be able to manage your emotions in a positive way, even when feeling stressed or overwhelmed, you’d maintain a positive outlook on life, even when things are tough, and you would be able to build and maintain strong relationships.[8] CMH 11.2

With healthy emotional well-being, you would be able to forgive yourself and others for mistakes and be able to find joy in the simple things of life. Best of all, you would accept that Jesus loves you, flaws and all, and wants to transform you into His very likeness! CMH 11.3
