Having strong connections with your coworkers can make a huge difference in your job experience.[135] Working intentionally toward positive relationships with colleagues is crucial for both your personal and professional satisfaction. These relationships can motivate you to work harder, improve teamwork, and make your workday more enjoyable. When you feel a sense of belonging and connection with your colleagues, you're more likely to be satisfied with your job and stay in your role for a longer period. So, take the time to build genuine relationships with your coworkers and see the positive impact it can have on your career.[136] CR 143.2
