As consideration was being given in 1934 to the future of the Loma Linda Food Factory, officers of the Pacific Union Conference requested the White Estate to assemble and make available materials which would be of service as they should plan for the future of that institution. HFM 38.1
The compilation made available at that time comprises this section. In mimeograph form it has reached the hands of many. It is fitting that it should now be combined with the materials on health food work published in the Testimonies for the Church and a few items from Counsels on Diet and Foods not represented elsewhere to make one reference document. HFM 38.2
