KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, ELLEN G. WHITE, (widow), a resident of Cooranbong, Northumberland, New South Wales, have made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents to make, constitute and appoint MYRON J. CORNELL, a resident of the City of Battle Creek, County of Calhoun, State of Michigan, my true and lawful Attorney for me in my name, place and stead, to lease, mortgage, grant, bargain, sell, remise, release, convey, and quit claim, to whom and upon such terms as my said Attorney may deem best, all of my right, title and interest, estate, claim and demand, both in law and in equity, as well in possession as in expectancy of all real estate situated in the State of Michigan, and belonging to me; giving and granting unto said Myron J. Cornell, my said Attorney, full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes, as I myself might or would do if personally present, with full power to revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof. 12LtMs, Lt 155, 1897, par. 1
