NINETEENTH CASE James M. Pool, the second time.

Mr. Pool was indicted in the second time at the September terms of Court in 1886, and was held under appearance May 16, 1887. The under which these prosecutions were conducted, was repealed before the date of trial. Pool was tried under which the indictment, and fined one dollar and costs, amounting to $28.40. CGRSL 139.1
