1 Rejoice! the Lord is King!
Your Lord and King adore;
Ye ransomed saints, give thanks and sing,

2 The mighty Savior reigns,
The God of truth and love;
When he himself had purged our stains,
He took his seat above. MIM 26.3

3 His kingdom cannot fail;
He rules o’er earth and heaven;
The sovereign keys of death and hell
Into his hands are given. MIM 26.4

4 He sits at God’s right hand,
Till all his foes submit, And humbly bow to his command,
And fall beneath his feet. MIM 26.5

5 Rejoice in glorious hope!
Jesus, the Judge, shall come,
And take his wailing servants up
