My dear Sister:

I have heard something in regard to your husband’s illness. I was so sorry to learn of it. Will you let me know more concerning his sickness. Is he improving? 22LtMs, Lt 124, 1907, par. 1

I will not write you a long letter today, but I would be pleased to hear in regard to yourselves and the sanitarium. Who has charge of the sanitarium while your husband is ill? Are you thinking of leaving? I hope you will not do this if it is possible for you to remain. I know nothing of how you are situated.
