Many Subjects Revealed in the Vision of January 3

There is good reason to believe that much of the counsel published in Testimony No. 25, which came from the press in early February, 1875, was revealed to Ellen White in the vision of January 3. The first article, on the importance of the work, opens: “January 3, 1875, I was shown many things relative to the great and important interests at Battle Creek.”—Testimonies for the Church, 3:468. Other articles are keyed to this vision, as are a number of articles in Testimonies, volume 4. 2BIO 462.6
