Pamphlets and books should be prepared containing subject matter upon important points of present truth in English, German, French, Swedish, Danish and Italian. 8MR 215.1

Men of other nations and tongues should be educated as missionaries, translators, and publishers. This will call for means; therefore no dollar should be spent needlessly. 8MR 215.2

The message of warning must be carried to every nation upon the globe. The work should move forward with alacrity. Satan is already astir to hedge up the way. We must be wise or he will prevail.
