SATURDAY NIGHT, APRIL 4, 1903, 7:30 P. M.

Elder G. A. Irwin in the chair. GCB April 6, 1903, page 91.13

The Conference was opened by singing, “Saviour, Like a Shepherd Lead Us.” Prayer was offered by Elder C. Santee. Hymn No. 1170 was sung. GCB April 6, 1903, page 91.14

The Chair: As was announced, this will be a session of the Conference this evening, instead of a regular preaching service. It was thought that our time was running by so rapidly that we would have to occupy some of the evenings, at least this week, in Conference work. Brother Conradi has consented to finish the balance of his report in regard to the work in Europe, and then he will talk to us in regard to that field, and take up the time this evening. We will omit the regular line of business that we were considering Friday. Perhaps that will be taken up tomorrow morning. We thought that we would change the order this evening. I am sure that we will all be interested, as well as instructed, by the talk that we shall hear. We want to learn more about these fields before making our plans for sending out laborers, as may be recommended by the Committee on Distribution of Labor. GCB April 6, 1903, page 91.15
