Yes! Remember, God is infinite—we are finite. God is immortal—we are mortal. God is eternal—we are transitory. But when Jesus returns to claim His own, He gives the gift of immortality to those who have accepted Him as Lord. The redeemed will live forever with Jesus! Sin and death will not rise up the second time. See Nahum 1:9. Because of Jesus, none of us need perish! JTLD 98.2
