According to the sacred Scriptures, the Sabbath begins at sundown Friday evening and ends at sundown Saturday evening. Every person is privileged to enter a deeper relationship with Jesus during the hallowed hours of the Sabbath. When we love and obey Jesus, we become part of His family, receiving the blessings of the ancient covenant between God and Abraham! He especially longs to bless us with His presence during the Sabbath hours. JTLD 66.2
