Only in Jesus do we find the perfect blend of justice and mercy. The law of God demands justice for sin (death) and the grace of God requires mercy (life). In Jesus, the crucified Savior, these two attributes are uniquely blended and provide the only way for humanity to be reconciled forever to God. JTLD 29.2
