Lucifer persisted in spreading discontent among the angels that sympathized with his rebellion. Though Jesus warned Lucifer of the consequences of his deceptions and counseled him in love to re-join the family of God, Lucifer stubbornly defended his own choices. Ultimately, there was war in heaven between Christ and His angels and Lucifer and his angels. Lucifer, now Satan, was cast to the earth.^[73] CSe 73.2

“And war broke out in heaven: Michael^[74] and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer.
