Adventist schools can benefit by creating clear rules and practices to manage diversity. Creating a consistent approach across all Adventist educational institutions can be done through appropriate policies, clear guidelines, and established support systems. Adventist educators can actively engage with stakeholders, staff, and students who may feel isolated or ostracized, fostering a sense of belonging and community. CSI 74.2
Jesus, our ultimate Teacher, welcomed everyone, including those considered unimportant in His time, such as women and children (Matthew 19:14, Mark 10:14, and Luke 18:16). CSI 74.3
Adventist education can be more proactive in providing extra learning opportunities for those with past limited academic opportunities. Breaking down social barriers is crucial for achieving the true goal of Adventist education, which is "to restore the image of God in the soul," with the knowledge of Christ being the foundation.[111] CSI 74.4
