Dr. Helen Luella Morton, doctor and missionary to Thailand, lectured internationally on drug abuse and established a hospital at Chiangmai to serve the poor. These trailblazers weren't just political activists; they were dedicated to shaping a society that mirrored God's principles of fairness, justice, and compassion. In today's context, their legacy reminds us that being a follower of Christ means actively engaging in our world to make it a better place.^[88] CSI 52.2
