Effectively fitting exercise into a busy, crammed day requires creativity, intention, and prioritization. The first step to consider regarding fitting physical activity into your schedule is to acknowledge small time gaps in the day, whether at three o'clock in the afternoon, early morning, or lunchtime.[97] CWe 85.2

Once you’ve identified the timing aspect, the next step is to creatively arrange those time gaps to fit in physical exercise. For example, walking to get the mail instead of driving, parking farther away from your destination, or doing a few sit-ups while you watch your favorite show are ways that you can combine activities and increase physical stamina. You could even try quick, high-intensity workouts, which involve very little time for maximum effect. Overall, the best way to commit to such a drastic change is to always be prepared — keep exercise equipment like resistance bands or hand strengtheners in your car or your desk at work — and be intentional, especially on your busiest days. Rest assured, God will notice and reward you for your efforts with increased strength and energy! CWe 85.3

“Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.” Ephesians 5:15-16 NIV CWe 85.4

“Perfect obedience to God's commands calls for conformity to the laws of the being...” Ellen White in Reflecting Christ, p. 147 CWe 85.5
