R—Rest CWe 227.10

Here it is in a nutshell—Choose to eat moderately of fruits, whole grains, vegetables, and legumes, get aerobic exercise daily (outside if possible), replace alcohol, caffeinated, and sugary beverages with pure water, aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per day, and learn to trust God in all things.[261] CWe 227.12
