Certainly, we all want to thrive in life — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, but to ensure this, we must avoid processed, packaged, and sugary foods. Having more energy, a functional digestive system, and muscle agility all require you to fuel your body with healthy food. Want to have a stable mind where you can hear God’s voice more clearly? What about low-stress levels and emotional resilience? Although mental, emotional, and spiritual stability may require additional professional help, diet is also a huge factor. God requires His creation to honor Him with our choices, including what we eat. So, why not start this journey today and experience the powerful benefits of aligning your health with the life God’s waiting for you to enjoy? The choice is up to you.[182] CWe 146.3
