N—Nutrition CWe 150.4

S—Sunshine CWe 150.7

A—fresh Air CWe 150.9
R—Rest CWe 150.10
T—Trust in God CWe 150.11
Here it is in a nutshell—Choose to eat moderately of fruits, whole grains, vegetables, and legumes, get aerobic exercise daily (outside if possible), replace alcohol, caffeinated, and sugary beverages with pure water, aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per day, and learn to trust God in all things.[161] CWe 150.12
