God made the Sabbath as the pinnacle of creation week, for all people, in all places, in all times. It is perpetually a memorial of Creation, given in Eden long before there was a Jew or other ethnic diversity. God intended the Sabbath to be an on-going holy day in which we can enter deeper relationship with Him.^[148] CWe 138.2

“There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered His rest has himself ceased from his works as God did from His. Let us therefore be diligent to enter that rest, lest anyone fall according to the same example of disobedience.” Hebrews 4:9-11 NKJV CWe 138.3
