It’s almost mind boggling to consider, but through the Holy Spirit, God will develop your character to be the matching part of His character! In Eden, God’s glory was revealed in our creation, and His glory will also be revealed in your redemption when His image is reproduced in you.^[42] CSL 45.2

This transformation must occur now, not at Christ’s coming. Through Jesus’ perfectly lived life and His power, your weakened moral nature can be renewed to its Edenic state,^[43] as you allow His righteousness^[44] to become yours. CSL 45.3

“You have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him.” Colossians 3:10 NKJV CSL 45.4
