Imagine a moment in time where you could speak to God, one-on-one, just you and Him. What would you ask Him? What would you share? In today’s modern world, many people struggle with the reality that God cannot be seen with the human eye. CMH 97.2
Although this is true, the best part about God is that even though we can’t see Him, we still have direct access to His presence. So, what does this mean exactly? It all starts with an invitation. God, in His infinite love and mercy, invites us into a meaningful and personal relationship with Him. God doesn’t demand blind allegiance. Instead, He welcomes us to reason with Him, getting to know Him through prayer, Scripture, and worship. Through these intimate moments, God reveals His plans and promises, hoping to align our hearts with His. If you can allow God to take control of your desires and mindset, you can begin to gain a deeper understanding of who He is and who He created you to be. It all starts with a subtle knock on your heart’s door from an all-Sovereign God. Will you let Him in today?1 CMH 97.3
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28 NIV CMH 97.4
“Never feel that Christ is far away. He is always near. His loving presence surrounds you.” Ellen White in Lift Him Up , p. 87 CMH 97.5
