Qal Pf. 3 ms. ר׳ הַדְּבָ֑שׁ Ju 14:9b out of the carcass he scraped the honey (v. GFM); sf. וַיִּרְדֵּהוּ אֶל־בַּפָּיו v 9a he scraped it out into his palms; Buhl Lex Du also ר׳ עַל־יְדֵיהֶם Je 5:31, sc. gifts, money, fig. for making gain (most I. רדה q.v.).
