[CD-ROM Editor’s Note: This work was a series of six pamphlets compiled from various writers and published under the title “Health, or How to Live” with each pamphlet paged separately. However, in this digital collection the material will be paged consecutively throughout as follow:
Number One: pages 1-64
Number Two: pages 65-128 (64 pages)
Number Three: pages 129-192 (64 pages)
Number Four: pages 193-256 (64 pages)
Number Five: pages 257-336 (80 pages)
Number Six: pages 337-400 (64 pages)
James White wrote the Introduction, at the end of which he noted that Ellen White was contributing one article for each of the six pamphlets. The Ellen White material will also be found in Selected Messages 2:411-479. We chose to leave her articles here as well. As will be gathered from a reading of the other material (such as the report on the visit to “Our Home”), James White was both a contributor and the compiler. His notes will also be found at the beginning of Numbers Two and Three.]
