Preface

Jesus is God—all powerful, eternal, without beginning or end. The wonderful mystery of Christ’s incarnation as a babe in Bethlehem is the core of the Christian message and a recurring theme in Scripture. Jesus became a human being in humble circumstances so He could walk and talk with all people, reveal God’s amazing love, and ultimately die in their stead.
