Received a letter from Brother Haskell, informing me he had arrived in Sydney last Sabbath. He went on board the boat—not [the one] from America which had been delayed on her passage from San Francisco several days until fears were entertained that the boat might be lost. But she arrived at Auckland [New Zealand]. Reported heavy seas and strong wind on New Zealand coast. The American boat has not yet arrived in Sydney; is expected to be in today. We wished to have a consultation with Brethren Haskell and Semmens in reference to the Health Home, its furnishing, and in regard to the treatment of patients. In a few hours we were in the carriage on our way [from] Cooranbong to Morisset where we took the train for Sydney. Stopped at Ashfield Health Home.
