Chapter 27 — Other Testimonies Confirmed
“JEHOSHAPHAT stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; believe in the Lord your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.” 1 GSAM 442.1
Years ago a testimony was given through the gift of prophecy that before the end the printed pages of this truth would be “scattered like the autumn leaves.” How this could be accomplished unless the people believing the truth were in some way organized or marshaled to do the work, was the question that arose in the minds of many. In God’s providence great results are frequently achieved from most humble beginnings; so it was in the development of a system of working that arose among us. GSAM 442.2
