Loma Linda, Calif., Dec. 6, 1909.

Elder W. C. White, Sanitarium, Calif.

Dear Brother:—

At a recent meeting of the Board of Directors of the Loma Linda Sanitarium, the question of incorporating the College of Medical Evangelists was considered. The law provides that from three to twenty-five may sign articles of incorporation, binding themselves together as the constituency of the corporation. The board think it would be well to have as representative a body as can be gotten together of ministers, physicians, and sanitarium workers. LLM 461.1

The meeting of incorporation will be held at the conference office at 1:00 o'clock Thursday, Dec. 9. If you can possibly be with us at that time, we shall be glad to have you. LLM 461.2

The law provides that charter members shall subscribe to the funds of the corporation, and the Board has voted to make the usual amount of $100.00 the price of subscription. It is designed at that time to pass upon the by-laws as well as to incorporate. Subscription can be paid within the year. LLM 461.3

Hoping to see you with us, I remain, LLM 461.4

Very truly yours,
J. A. Burden.
