Jus de raisin
757. Le pur jus de raisin, exempt de toute fermentation, est une boisson saine. Mais nombre de boissons alcoolisées, si largement consommées de nos jours, renferment des poisons mortels. Ceux qui en usent sont souvent conduits à la folie, entièrement privés de leur raison. 758. Que les fruits figurent sur votre table comme aliments faisant partie du menu. Les jus de fruits, associés au pain, seront hautement appréciés.
